EastEnders pictures may reveal the moment Shirley Carter kills murderer Gray Atkins on the BBC soap on Thursday night.
The pictures tease the pair going head-to-head in a violent showdown, as Shirley seeks revenge for the murder of her sister Tina.
Recent scenes saw Gray finally confess to the murder of his former wife Chantelle Atkins, while Whitney Dean and the Carters are also sure he killed Tina too.
With the walls closing in on him, Gray has nowhere to go as residents seek him out to ensure he pays for his crimes.
Events lead to Gray entering The Queen Vic pub in the final episode of the week, new spoiler pictures reveal.
Shirley and Gray stare at each other as it's clear they have a lot to discuss, amid predictions the villain will be killed off in a whodunnit.
Viewers are beginning to believe Shirley will kill Gray for revenge, and the new images could back this theory up.
Shirley soon lashes out, while Gray is prepared to do whatever it takes to protect himself - so is she in danger?
It certainly looks as though she has the upper hand this time around though, with her knocking him to the ground and smashing a glass bottle over his head.
As Gray tries to crawl away, it seems this could be the moment he meets his maker as a recent trailer also showed a scene where she hits him with a stool.
Mick Carter, Shirley's son, seems to make an appearance at one point too, with him shown walking towards Gray in the same trailer.
This clip led many fans to predict Shirley or Mick would kill Gray, ahead of Mick leaving the BBC soap following actor Danny Dyer quitting the role earlier this year.
Viewers will have to tune in on Thursday night to find out if Gray kills again or if he himself meets a gruesome fate - while fans are hoping he will be caught by the police, and justice will be served.
