EastEnders lines up new drama on the BBC soap for Ravi Gulati, amid predictions he will be killed off later this year.
New spoilers reveal he issues fling Denise Fox a sinister threat that leaves her shaking, while he also targets her husband Jack Branning.
Ravi has been blackmailing Denise over their secret passion, despite Denise now avoiding him and wanting to stay with Jack.
Jack seemingly has no idea about their brief romance, while things have been rocky for the pair in recent weeks due to family troubles.
Detective Jack also isn't aware currently that his investigation into Ravi and his dodgy dealings has been compromised, with Denise telling Ravi - only for Ravi to blackmail her to shut it down.
Denise has decided against this, and next week she and Ravi clash again as he finds a new way to bring a stop to Jack.
It all kicks off when Ravi continues to woo Denise's daughter Chelsea Fox, with him secretly using her to carry out his plan.
As the pair grow closer, elsewhere Jack is working hard to find information on Ravi and bring him down.
When Denise invites Chelsea round for a family games night, she's not expecting Ravi to invite himself along - obviously compromising Jack's investigation.
Denise and Jack are horrified when they arrive together, and as the night goes on and Ravi starts twisting the knife with both of them.
Things soon get out of hand as Jack accuses Denise of telling Chelsea that they are investigating Ravi, suggesting she could have compromised the case.
Denise denies this, hiding the truth, and soon Jack has a warning for his new enemy leading to a tense stand-off.
Ravi needles Jack about Denise and the state of their marriage, before offering to leave Chelsea alone in exchange for intel about the investigation.
As Jack fumes, Denise later smugly puts Ravi in his place over the situation as she refuses to back down.
But he soon issues a threat to her that leaves her shaking in her boots - so what does he say?
It comes ahead of huge scenes later in the year that will see a male character killed off, and Denise is one of the six suspects.
Ravi is now tipped to be the murder victim after recent scenes with Denise, but fans will have to wait until Christmas Day to find out what happens.
