EastEnders star Letitia Dean beamed as she posed with her co-star's baby, looking slimmer than ever.
Letitia, 54, who plays Sharon Watts in the soap, looked delighted in a photo she shared on her Instagram, which showed her with James Farrar's baby girl, and his wife Ali.
Letitia's transformation, which saw her drop two stone in four months, stunned viewers in a recent episode of EastEnders, when Sharon tried to sabotage Phil Mitchell and Kat Slater's wedding, and arrived wearing a blue, figure hugging dress.
In a photo shared on her InstaStory today, Sharon looked slimmer than ever as she wore a black and white striped polo jumper and black leggings.
Her blonde hair immaculately done, she smiled next to Ali, who held her baby daughter, in what appeared to be a hallway or an office building.
Letitia had drawn a red heart outline around the trio, and wrote: "My girls."
James, who plays Sharon's brother Zack in the soap, announced the birth of his child in November, four years after he wed Ali.
EastEnders veteran Letitia has credited her weightless to overhauling her diet.
After trying a range of diets that didn't suit her, with her in the past saying she had tried "the cabbage soup diet, the Atkins and a really disgusting eggs-only diet", she took on a new approach.
With a new reduced calorie intake, the 54-year-old focused on "healthy food" to get her to her goal.
She said she would eat pitta bread, lots of greens and grilled, skinless chicken breast. Letitia claimed to find herself feeling more energised from this type of food.
She said: "I found I had so much more energy than when I used to eat junk food."
Letitia has spoken openly about her yo-yoing weight over the years and back in 2020 revealed how she had been targeted by cruel trolls.
"I had quite a lot of horrible things said about me. 'She's too fat, the other actors complain they can't fit on the same set with her," she explained on spin-off show Secrets from the Square at the time.
The actress was one of the originals on the show when it first began and was only aged 17 at the time.
Letitia previously spoke about how she was faced with constant criticism over her body image- so much so it damaged her self-confidence and contributed to her getting a breast reduction when she was a teenager.
"Backache had a lot to do with that decision too" she told Hello! magazine in October 2001. "But I was a lot less secure about myself and there was a lot of focus on how I looked."
She added: "Occasionally, the attention on my appearance still bothers me - it bothers all women, doesn't it? - but I have those things in perspective nowadays."
