EastEnders star Jake Wood has got on the lockdown fitness train after he unveiled his ripped lockdown transformation.
The 48-year-old - who plays Max Branning on the soap - showed off his muscled arms and rippling six pack as as he flexed his muscles in a shirtless snap.
Jake has also been sharing a look at his runs, punch bag sessions and fitness inspiration to give his followers some encouragement.
"Still running peeps," he captioned one striking snap, "Hope this motivates you to get up and out there.
"Nothing changes your mental state for the better like a good workout...let me know how you get on."
On another post he remarked: "Time to get back on it people. Stay motivated."
"What an inspirational video," one fan wrote, "thanks a lot."
"Superb physique," another gushed, "looking in shape all the time."
"Thank you for making my day," a third fawned.
"Welcome to the gun show," flirted a fourth.
In April, Jake shared a topless selfie that showed off the results of his hard graft as he told that exercise was helping him through lockdown.
Jake's character Max is yet to show up on Albert Square following EastEnders' three-month break.
Though Max's ex Ruby (Louisa Lytton) has been seen getting more serious with Martin (James Bye).
Meanwhile, fans have been speculating whether Max will find himself as the new owner of the Queen Vic.
Despite EastEnders' much awaited return, Monday night's episode failed to keep up with the numbers of soap rivals Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
Just 3.35 million viewers tuned into Albert Square, whereas Emmerdale's first show of the week drew 4.51 million and Corrie attracted 5.31 million.
The viewing figures don't include those who watched on catch-up services like BBC iPlayer or ITV Hub.
Filming for EastEnders came to a grinding halt ahead of lockdown earlier this year, and picked up filming again in June.
*EastEnders airs Mondays and Fridays at 8.05pm and Tuesdays and Thursdays and 7.35pm on BBC One.
