Lacey Turner has shared her parenting struggles in a very relatable post on Instagram.
The EastEnders star, who is best known for playing Stacey Slater, took to social media to reveal she had enlisted the help of a sleep expert for her one-year-old son Trilby.
Posting an adorable snap of her youngest child in her stories, the 34-year-old said: “So this handsome little chap has been waking at 5.30 for the last month!
“So the lovely Vikki @allaboutbabiesuk is helping me tweak his routine a little – 6.45 today!”
The actress also has a daughter, Dusty, who has just turned three, who she shares with husband Matt Kay.

Lacey often shares cute snaps of her two children with her 479,000 followers on Instagram.
Last month, she posted snaps of daughter Dusty’s third birthday, who posed in a mermaid outfit for the occasion.
“And just like that we have a threenager!” she captioned the post.
The mum-of-two added: “Thank you my baby for simply being you, our special, funny, beautiful girl. Thank you for teaching me the way! I love you lots lots so much forever & ever.”
Although she has her family now, it wasn’t an easy road to motherhood for Lacey.
Tragically she suffered two miscarriages – both at seven weeks – before getting pregnant with Dusty, who was born in July 2019.
When son Trilby arrived in 2021 he was born a week premature and had to be placed in a special care unit.
Both children are now happy and healthy, but Lacey says the pain of the two babies she lost will never leave her.
Admitting she was petrified she would never become a mum, the actress told OK! magazine: “Yes, I was concerned. I didn't know how long it would take and you worry you may suffer more heartache, but, thankfully, everything's been fine.
"I don't think pregnancy will ever be an exciting experience for me as I always have that worry in the back of my mind. But the further along I go in the pregnancy, the less I worry.”
She added: "I always wanted to be a mum and I did wonder at one point whether it would happen for me.”
Before becoming a mum, Lacey tied the knot with her childhood sweetheart Matt, who she first met when she was 15.
The pair got married in a swanky ceremony in Ibiza in 2017 with many of her EastEnders co-stars – including the late Barbara Windsor – in attendance.
Describing her almost 20-year romance with Matt, Lacey said was “really lucky” to have found The One so young.
"It's so special that we met at such a young age," Matt agreed, adding: "It doesn't happen for a lot of people and I feel very lucky to have Lace in my life."
