EastEnders' Tiffany Butcher could be set for heartbreak, following husband Keegan Baker's betrayal.

As confirmed in the BBC iPlayer episodes, Keegan gets intimate with her friend Dotty Cotton in scenes to air this week, with both desperate to forget the whole thing in the fallout.
But it seems Dotty struggles with her conscience, especially after Tiff's hospital dash after collapsing.
Both Keegan and Dotty are feeling very guilty next week, not only because of the betrayal but also because they were getting passionate while Tiffany was in danger.
During Monday's episode of the BBC soap, spoilers reveal that Dotty tells Keegan she's uncomfortable with keeping it a secret any longer.
It looks as though she's about to reveal all despite Keegan begging her to stay quiet.
If Tiffany ever learned the truth, it's very unlikely she could forgive her husband or her friend especially with what she is going through.
The following day, Keegan takes action to secure Dotty's silence as he tries to avoid her as much as possible.
Heading to the club where they both work, he tries to quit his job to get away from her.
Despite his guilt intensifying, he makes it clear to her that no one can ever find out what happened between them.
But will his betrayal get the better of him, and will he end up confessing all?
One of them has to spill the beans sooner rather than later surely, as is this is soap land after all.
Secrets, especially the affair type, do not stay on the hush for very long so we're expecting fireworks.
Viewers are not happy about the twist and the possible split it could cause for Tiffany and Keegan.
