EastEnders fans work out who overheard Suki and Eve discuss their affair - and it's not Nish

Eve Unwin has been doing everything in her power to convince Suki Panesar to leave her husband Nish Panesar but despite the businesswoman's refusal, Suki may not get a choice after they were overheard talking about their previous nights of passion.

In Thursday's instalment, Eve ( Heather Peace ) begged Suki ( Balvinder Sopal ) to reconsider her marriage blessing with Nish (Navin Chowdhry) but the mum-of-four warned her ex lover to leave her alone and "stop making it harder than it already is".

Ignoring Suki's protestations, Eve leaned into kiss the businesswoman who pulled away and told her ex lover she wouldn't cheat on her husband.

As Eve pointed out she had already cheated on him, the former lovers heard the front door as they realised someone had heard their conversation.

Suki and Eve will no doubt fear Nish has heard their secret confession but EastEnders fans suspect another member of the Panesar family to be the culprit.

One tweeted: "Pretty sure that it was Ash that saw suki and eve and heard what was said," while another wrote: "I've just watched tonight's #EastEnders- I wonder who overheard Suki & Eve at the Panesars' house? I don't think it was Nish. I think it might have been Vinny or Ash?"

"It would make sense if it was her as then she'd find out about SukEve before she leaves next week," agreed a third.

Another said: "I think ash was the one who heard Suki and Eve talking in the kitchen," and a fifth suggested: "So my guessing is Ash is leaving cos she knows about Suki & Eve."

EastEnders spoilers confirm Ash's (Gurlaine Kaur Garcha) exit storyline after the actress quit the show after three years.

In next week's episodes, Ash will be offered a job in Canada and is encouraged to go by her mother but could this be because she knows about her secret affair?

Nish has killed for Suki before (BBC/Jack Barnes/Kieron McCarron)

EastEnders fans will know Nish has become increasingly controlling of his wife, taking charge of their business and limiting her financial assets.

However, his true colours came to light this week when he asked Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) to keep an eye on Mitch Baker (Roger Griffiths) and threatened to kill him for striking up a friendship with Suki.

After having already killed for his wife once, Eve and Suki will find themselves in grave danger if Nish finds out the truth about their affair.
