EastEnders fans predict Honey is secretly suffering from eating disorder

Honey Mitchell left viewers worried that she could have secretly developed an eating disorder over the anxiety of discovering Adam's affair with Habiba.

After she and Habiba awkwardly helped prepare the food for the rest of the Ahmeds, they all sat down and Honey struggled to eat anything.

Adam picked up on her lack of appetite, but later went to answer his phone and Honey began to worry who he was really speaking to.

Mariam got her to try some food, which she very reluctantly did, but quickly escaped to the toilet.

Later, Adam noticed that Honey seemed to have brushed her teeth, prompting viewers to speculate that she could be suffering from an eating disorder.

One tweeted: "Are they starting an eating disorder storyline with Honey? #EastEnders."

While another commented: "Honey making her self sick she needs to dump Adam NOW #EastEnders."

A third remarked: "Is honey starving herself/bulimic?? #eastenders."

Another wrote: "Is Honey making herself sick? Hmm #Eastenders."
