EastEnders' fans have predicted Gray Atkins will kill Chelsea Fox after spotting a horrifying clue.
Gray opened up to his wife about the death of his former spouse Chantelle today - who was murdered by her husband after he pushed her onto the dishwasher, which had an upright knife sticking out of it.
The scenes horrified viewers of the BBC One soap at the time, who were terrified to see how the whole thing played out - and after spotting a clue in the latest episode of the soap, fans are worried Chelsea might meet the same fate as poor Chantelle.
In scenes aired today, Gray told Chelsea: "I owe you a explanation. I think I'm struggling with Jordan still being in hospital. I guess I'm on high alert. Chantelle dying, I still see it in my dreams. If she'd still been here, if she hadn't -"
"What? What did she do wrong?" his wife then interjected as Gray simply said: "She fell."
However, fans were more distracted by the open dishwasher in the background, and feared it was foreshadowing Chelsea's death.
"That dishwasher open, I see. #Eastenders @bbceastenders," one wrote, as a second added: " #EastEnders That dishwasher and gray."
A third pointed out: " @bbceastenders Every time that dishwasher. doors open I get really nervous!! #EastEnders," whilst a fourth said it might lead Chelsea to the truth: "OMG THE DISHWASHER WAS OPEN!!!! Will Chelsea work something out from that? #Eastenders."
Chelsea is aware of Gray's crimes - after Whitney shared with her Chantelle's messages about the abuse - but she is unable to leave her husband as he's always been one step ahead of her as she tries to escape.
Her friends including Whitney and Kheerat are desperate to help her escape, but her original plans were thwarted when she gave birth months early and was forced to focus on her premature son Jordan.
Whilst Jordan is getting stronger every day, there is a continued pressure on Chelsea by Gray, after he recently called her out for lying to him about being away from the house all day. He had a video doorbell installed to check her movements.
