EastEnders' Dotty actress Molly Conlin looks very different years after soap stardom

Former EastEnders star Molly Conlin looks worlds away from her character as she poses in a revealing cut-out dress.

Molly played murderous schoolgirl Dotty Cotton from 2008 to 2010 after joining the soap when she was just seven years old.

The 21-year-old initially auditioned for the role of Tiffany Dean, but lost the role to Maisie Smith.

Instead she was offered Dotty's role and they adapted the character to suit her too - dropping her age from 11 to seven.

It's been 12 years since she appeared on the show and she is now an influencer with 25k followers on Instagram.

The former soap star recently posed in a strappy black dress in front of her bedroom mirror.

She wore her hair in a middle parting and her brunette waves cascaded over her shoulders.

She added gold bracelets and wore black acrylic nails as she and her friend got ready for a night out together.

Fans rushed to the comment section to leave compliments for Molly, with many saying how beautiful she looked.

A second said: "Absolutely gorgeous."

"Looking just amazing," a third chimed in.

Molly was written out of the show in 2010 and her character returned in 2019 but was played by Milly Zero - who still plays her today.

In 2020 Molly revealed she was held at knifepoint by robbers at her Essex home who stole valuables, including her car.

She shared her horrifying experience on Twitter, after initially being unsure to speak out about the attack.

"So I didn't know wether (sic) to write a post of not but my mums saying it's the best thing to do as you never know if it is going to happen to you.

"At 3 o'clock today I was in my house when I got a knock on the door, I opened it thinking it was a delivery man. 2 tall black men barged in pushed me to the ground and dragged me upstairs and held me at knife point while raiding my house."

She explained: "I was literally praying as I thought I was going to die.
