Bernadette Taylor returns to EastEnders later this month, and the pregnant character is soon stunned when she goes into labour.
The heavily pregnant teen, played by actress Clair Norris, heads back home after some time away from Walford.
She left to get herself back on track, after recent revelations about the couple she is carrying a baby for left her in a state.
Surrogate Bernie wasn't happy with Rainie and Stuart Highway, and while she was still keen to give them the baby, she needed to get her head straight.
Just when Bernie thinks it's time to return ahead of her due date, her comeback sees her uncover more shocking news linked to the couple.
But her turmoil over the bombshell has to wait, as she soon reveals she's in labour.
It all kicks off towards the end of the month, when Karen Taylor's daughter returns amid a tough time for the family.
Following her brother Keegan leaving with wife Tiffany, and the confirmation that their sister Chantelle was killed by her husband Gray, Bernadette comes back at a time where her family really need her.
Rainie will also no doubt be pleased to see her, as she hopes the character will give her and Stuart the child they have been desperate to have - with it recently seeming as though Bernie might keep the baby herself.
Bernie still seems torn over handing the baby over, but heads to see the couple to find out what's been going on in her absence.
She soon discusses the details with them, only to find out that Stuart has cancer leaving her shocked and worried.
As she rages at them for keeping such huge news from her, her anger soon turns to shock when she goes into labour.
Will Bernie and the baby be okay, and what will she decide to do?
