A brand new pizza restaurant is set to open in East Lothian this summer with an incredible range of toppings.
'Stone Fired' have confirmed they will be serving up their take on Italy's finest when they open in Prestonpans later this month.
Plans had been filed with the local council in January 2021 to transform the former retail unit at Northfields Retail Centre into the new restaurant, which will provide takeaways.
Bringing in an artisan stone-fired pizza oven, the eatery were given the green light by officials to bring their pizzas to the local community.

Still to give away an official opening date, the final works appear to be getting into place to start serving customers as soon as possible.

Sharing a sneak peak inside the new venue, local decorator @thomas_paints posted a snap on social media of a huge logo for the restaurant that he had been working on.
Promising "artisan pizza" set to compete with others in the area, the decorator said he would "definitely be ordering pizza" from Stone Fired when they open up shop.
