East Lothian police launch urgent appeal for missing teenager Aaron Anderson

Concerns are growing for an East Lothian teen who was last seen on Thursday.

Aaron Anderson, 14, was last sighted in the Newbigging area at around 3pm on March 23. Police are now asking the public for help in finding him.

He is described as 5ft 1in with short brown hair and black clothing with orange trainers.

A spokesperson for the force said: "We are appealing for the public’s help as part of our efforts to trace 14-year-old Aaron Anderson who has been reported missing from Musselburgh, East Lothian.

"There are growing concerns for the 14 year-old, who lives in the Pinkie Drive area of Musselburgh and Aaron was last seen within the Newbigging area just after 3pm on Thursday, March 23. Aaron is described as 5ft 1, short brown hair wearing a black jacket, black jeans and black and orange trainers.

"Anyone who may have seen Aaron, or who has any information on his whereabouts, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2680 of March 23."
