A cyclist in East Lothian was rushed to hospital this week after being pushed off of his bike by a "pair on a moped."
Police in Musselburgh have issued an appeal for information after the 24-year-old man was targeted while cycling through the area on Tuesday, November 29.
Taking place at the Millhill at around 6pm, the young man had been approached from behind by two unidentified men, who police have said were riding either a moped or off-road motorcycle.

After approaching the cyclist, the pair had pushed him off of his bike to the ground, where he was then taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.

Hoping to speak to anyone who may have dash-cam footage of the incident, Detective Constable Calum Cross said: “Our enquiries into this incident are ongoing and I would urge anyone who may have information about the incident to get in touch
.“We would also be keen to speak to anyone who may have dashcam footage from the area on Tuesday evening.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 0111 of 30 November, or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111."
