A teenager has been arrested and charged in connection with a late-night 'disturbance' in South Lanarkshire.
Police were called to Main Street in East Kilbride on Saturday.
The alarm was raised at around 9.30pm when officers received reports of an alleged disturbance at a premises in the area.
Images shared with the Daily Record show police vehicles at the scene.
One car is then seen patrolling the area, outside a Co-op store on Main Street.
No injuries have been reported at this stage.
The exact circumstances surrounding the alleged incident have not been disclosed.
A 17-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection.
He has been released on undertaking to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court at a later date.
Police confirmed the arrest to the Record on Sunday afternoon.
A spokesman from the force told the Record: “Officers received a report of a disturbance at a premises on Main Street in East Kilbride around 9.30pm o Saturday, May 7.
“A 17 year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
"He has been released on undertaking to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court at a later date.”
