An East Belfast mum has praised her "little angels" for saving her life after she had a heart attack.
Kylie Adair told Belfast Live that she "wouldn't be alive today" if it wasn't for the quick thinking and bravery of her two daughters Mia, 12, and Zara, 11.
On Monday, the 33-year-old mum of four had been feeling unwell and asked her daughters to keep an eye on her youngest son while she lay in bed.

Kylie has progressive MS which can cause her to feel unwell and tired at certain times.
While she was lying down she says that she started breathing very heavily, with this getting worse over time and she came down to see her daughters.
Mia then quickly rang an ambulance for her mum, but after hanging up Kylie went unconscious and the two sisters became worried that she wasn't breathing.
The 12-year-old rang the ambulance service again and afterwards Kylie's hand fell from her heart limply causing Zara to start shouting with worry.
Mia rang the ambulance service again with them telling her that she needed to move her mum onto her back. They talked her through how to perform CPR.
Kylie said: "When I went unconscious I was on the settee and needed to be put flat on my back on the floor. Mia and Zara, with the help of their wee brother, grabbed me by each leg and the head and managed to get me there and Mia started doing CPR.
"She has never done anything like that before and the ambulance person talked her through the steps telling her to go one, two, three, four with each pump.
"After the first two times I still wasn't breathing but after the third they heard something and I started to come round just as my husband and the ambulance crews were coming through the door.
"Mia didn't shed a tear the entire time, she just dealt with it and focused on speaking with the ambulance and doing CPR, it is just amazing.
"Both of them are my wee angels who have saved my life and I just want everyone to know how incredible the two of them are."
Kylie said that she had lost her mother when she was 14 due to an asthma attack that developed into a heart attack and feared that her children were about to go through the same thing.
She said: "My biggest fear has always been that my children go through what I did when I lost my mum suddenly at 14 and I have never got over that.
"Instead my daughters were able to save my life in such an incredible and heroic way."
