Manchester United give team news vs Liverpool FC and Bruno Fernandes update
Raphael Varane, Scott McTominay and Fred are all set to miss Manchester United's Premier League fixture at Liverpool.
The trio missed the win over Norwich on Saturday. Varane and McTominay (foot) have been sidelined for the last two games and Fred has not recovered from a hip flexor problem he sustained at Everton.
Edinson Cavani and Luke Shaw are possibly out for the rest of the season and the depleted state of the midfield could force interim manager Ralf Rangnick to start Nemanja Matic and Paul Pogba.

'We'll win the double' - Manchester United fans go wild after major Erik ten Hag 'update'
Manchester United fans are predicting trophies to soon follow after the club reportedly took another step towards appointing Erik ten Hag as their next permanent manager.
The Manchester Evening News understands a deal to bring Ten Hag to Old Trafford is almost complete, with any announcement due after the Dutch Cup final, which Ten Hag's Ajax lost on Sunday. Reports on Monday reiterated this point and official word could come this week.
Ten Hag will reportedly sign a three-year deal with United with the option of extending for a further year. Both United and Ajax will now negotiate a release clause for the manager, which is expected to cost around €2m.
