Eamonn Holmes has opened up about his health struggles as he expressed his upset at having to depend on others, saying that it was "soul-destroying".
The 63 year old former This Morning presenter has been struggling from chronic pain and has been having a variety of different treatments. He has had a dislocated pelvis and a trapped sciatic nerve, among many other health concerns, MirrorOnline reports.
Taking to Twitter on Wednesday, Eamonn shared his issues as he wrote: "Worked hard at my physio this morning. Very tiring but I've now sat on my backside for five hours and feel bad about doing nothing... lack of mobility & depending on others stops me doing really simple things. For peace of mind I feel another round of foot exercises coming on."

Another Twitter user wrote: "I do wonder if time at a spa might help as body weight gravity is roughly one third in the pool. V relaxing.."
"Doing a bit of hydrotherapy already. Big help," he replied.
One commented: "Be gentle with yourself. And enjoy the rest. Hope you feel better soon."
Eamonn responded: "What an awful year Martina but I still have St Pat watching over me in my office . The Happiest of New Years to you . E x."
