Eamonn Holmes has urged fans to "live well" as he shared that his life changed "beyond recognition" after the death of his mum last year. The GB News presenter posted a sweet family photo featuring himself and two of his four brothers with the late Josie on his Instagram account.
It came after the former This Morning presenter paid tribute to Josie on Mother's Day - his first without her - a couple of weeks ago as he told fans to give their mums a hug. Eamonn was forced to watch his mum's funeral last November via a stream from his Surrey home after a bad fall rendered him unable to travel to his native Northern Ireland for it.
He fractured his shoulder in the fall, soon after having back surgery to ease chronic pain he had suffered for years, while also dealing with various other health issues in recent months - forcing him to take a break from TV. In his latest Instagram post, Eamonn shared the snap of Josie with three of her sons huddled around her on a sofa at home, reported the MEN.

He told his 776,000 followers: "A couple of my bothers (sic), me and Mum a year ago. Life ended for her and changed beyond recognition for me in a bad way. None of us know what's around the corner. Live life well."
Hundreds of friends and fans send messages of support in the comments. American journalist Kinsey Schofield, who joined Eamonn during coverage of the Queen's death last year, wrote: "There are miracles around every corner. I hope things look up for you, friend. You are loved!"

For Mother's Day, Eamonn shared a video he had filmed of himself talking with Josie last year. He wrote: "This is my first year without a Mother on Mother’s Day. But I did an interview last year where I said how much I loved her.
"How glad I am I did. As you can see she seemed pretty happy. If you still have a Mum . Give her a hug from me and don’t forget her tomorrow".
