Eamonn Holmes has admitted that he's 'desperate for results' as he sees 'slow progress' in physiotherapy while recovering from a serious fall.
The 63-year-old was previously photographed using physio apparatus, which is helping him strengthen his upper body following a tedious battle with chronic back pain.
The ex-This Morning presenter had struggled with severe pain in recent years - undergoing surgery to alleviate his troubles in September last year.

The Mirror reports however, that as he recovered from surgery, he fell down a spiral staircase - sustaining injury to his shoulder and in need of further surgery. The star, who is married to Loose Women's Ruth Langsford took to Instagram at the weekend to share how his physio journey is going.
Sharing a photo of him using some apparatus, he wrote: "Hard to explain what this apparatus does ... but it's all about reawakening my Neuropathic connections. Slow progress...but great dedication to me here. I'm so desperate for results."
And Eamonn was overwhelmed with support from friends, family and fellow stars alike as he continues to recover - with Carol Vorderman, writing: "Champ," with a litany of clapping emojis. Imogen Thomas, added: "My mum goes to intense rehab up north for 4 weeks in may where she will be doing all this.
"5 hours a day. Can’t wait praying for results. She desperately wants this as do I!!! Good luck! Keep going."
Bob Harris, penned: "You’ve got this Eamonn!" while Lucy Alexander, replied: "They CAN Be re-awoken. Goooo go go."
Speaking about his setback on GMB in January, he said that he had been 'set back', adding: "My leg gave way and I fell down 18 stairs."
And despite being faced with adversity, Eamonn has stayed strong and shared his road to recovery with followers. Just last week, he shared snaps from a session at Neurokinex as he worked on balance with his eyes closed.
The TV veteran penned: "Training with my eyes closed . It's all about regaining my balance. Hard work made harder balancing on one leg."
He also previously shared that he had received steroid injections in his spine, with surgeons initially warning him against surgery after three slipped discs. Eamonn said: "So I had a leg that didn’t work, and a shoulder that didn’t work — and lots of other things in between."
Rather than dwell on his predicament, he joked: "I feel that there are only so many boxsets I can watch or recommend to you!"
