In a statement from both teams, Philadelphia and Arizona formally agreed on a settlement over the Cardinals contacting the Eagles’ former defensive coordinator hours after the NFC Championship game and when such a conversation was illegal.

Arizona hired Jonathan Gannon after the Super Bowl, and the rising defensive coordinator never made the trip home with his team after Philadelphia’s 38-35 loss to Kansa City.
