Training camp for the Eagles is months away, but we already have an idea of joint training camp sessions with one NFL team.
Zach Berman of The Athletic is reporting that the Eagles and Browns will hold joint training camp practices at Cleveland’s facility this summer.
The Eagles “requested with the league to play in Cleveland in the preseason and are working to schedule practices with the Browns in conjunction with the game,” according to a league source.
The Browns’ training facility is located in Berea, Ohio, and the expectation is that the teams would participate in two days of high-energy practices, followed by the preseason game.
The Eagles hosted joint practice with the New England Patriots and were the visitor’s sessions with the New York Jets in head coach Nick Sirianni’s first training camp last summer, with the rookie head coach putting a huge emphasis on those matchups.
