Eagles acquire DE Robert Quinn from the Bears for a 4th round pick

In a move that could make the Eagles the favorite in the NFC, the Birds are trading for Chicago Bears pass rusher Robert Quinn.

A veteran pass rusher who logged 18.5 sacks in 2021, Quinn has 101 career sacks and is one of the most prolific pass rushers of the past decade.

Quinn now joins Haason Reddick, Brandon Graham, Josh Sweat, and Tarron Jackson, with Derek Barnett out for the year after tearing his ACL.

An already talented defensive adds another player that excels at pressuring the quarterback organically, providing less reason for Jonathan Gannon to sacrifice players by blitzing.
