The Eagles are dealing with injuries in the secondary, and ahead of Sunday’s matchup against the Dolphins, they’re adding Kindle Vildor to the practice squad.
Philadelphia released linebacker Brandon Smith from the practice squad in a corresponding move.

The Eagles have multiple players dealing with injury, including safety Reed Blankenship (ribs) and nickel cornerback Bradley Roby (shoulder), among those who did not practice on Thursday.
Sign Kindle Vildor
Vildor, 25, was a originally a fifth-round draft choice by the Chicago Bears in the 2020 NFL draft. But prior to the start of the 2023 season, the Georgia Southern product was placed on waivers.
Release Brandon Smith
Smith, a Penn State product, was a 4th-rd pick last year by the Panthers. He ran a 4.52 40 at 6-3 and 250 pounds.
In his rookie season, Smith appeared in 12 games, primarily playing on special teams. He finished the year with eight tackles after suffering a season-ending ankle injury.
