The Eagles announced two practice squad moves on Thursday, releasing veteran safety Caden Sterns, and signing tight end C.J. Uzomah.
Philadelphia is preparing for a matchup against the Cleveland Browns, and are as healthy as they’ve been since training camp.

Uzomah was released by the Jets in March, saving the team about $5.3 million on their salary cap. The 31-year-old was scheduled to count $11.2 million against the Jets’ cap.
The veteran tight end was signed to a one-year deal back in April.
