The Eagles could be down another safety, as undrafted rookie Reed Blankenship exited Sunday’s matchup against the Giants in the second quarter with a lower-body injury.

Blankenship has two tackles through the first quarter of Sunday’s action and Philadelphia will now turn to K’Von Wallace with C.J. Gardner-Johnson on injured reserve.
Slot cornerback Josiah Scott also can transition to the safety position if needed.
