Edmunds was the Steelers’ first-round pick in 2018 out of Virginia Tech, and he started 75 of 79 games during that stretch, logging 410 tackles.
Terrell, the brother of new Bears middle linebacker Tremaine Edmunds, is a solid signing for a completely retooled defense.
