Eagle eyed follower explains why Conor McGregor shaved off his beard

One eagle eyed Instagram follower has explained why Conor McGregor has appeared clean shaven.

McGregor is back in Ireland after filming Roadhouse alongside Jake Gyllenhaal and made sure to celebrate Halloween with his family.

And the UFC star dressed up as a pilot, shocking fans with his clean shaven look.

One follower said: "Beardless Conor haven’t seen that in awhile"

While another said: "Not the beard lol dudeee"

But one Instagram user explained that commercial pilots very rarely have beards as is commonplace.

They said: "DID YOU KNOW?: Airline pilots can't be bearded because they need to be able to put on the oxygen mask if the cabin loses pressure, Conor McGregor is SMART and did his homework for an accurate Halloween costume"

UFC fans will be hoping to see McGregor back in action in 2023 and with the Dublin fighter back home it is expected he will return to training.
