EA disrespects Steelers LB T.J. Watt with Madden 23 rating

EA Sports have started to trickle out their player ratings for Madden 23. It was originally rumored that Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt was going to join the 99 club for this season’s iteration of the game. But EA released their edge rusher rankings and Watt checks in with only a 96.

For many Steelers fans and just Madden fans in general, this is a travesty. EA put Cleveland Browns edge rusher Myles Garrett ahead of Watt as part of the 99 Club and has him rated higher almost completely across the board.
