E-cigarettes stolen from Bristol newsagents prompts police appeal

Avon and Somerset Police has launched an appeal after e-cigarettes were stolen from a Bristol newsagents. Officers are hoping to identify the man pictured at the top of this article, who they wish to talk to as part of the investigation.

An unknown man is reported to have entered the newsagents in Wellington Hill West, Henleaze, at around 9pm on March 12. He is then alleged to have made off with a quantity of e-cigarette products.

Officers carried out CCTV enquires and have released a photo of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident. The force said officers hope he can "assist our ongoing enquiries".

He is described as a white male, dressed in all black and a black baseball cap. He is believed to be at least 6ft tall, slim, clean shaven and approximately 30 to 40 years of age.

Anyone who recognises the man, or has other information that could help our investigation, is asked to call 101 and quote reference number 5223058782. Alternatively, people can also provide information by filling out the force's online appeals form.
