DWTS Pro Witney Carson's Son Leo Hospitalized, Recovering Well

Witney Carson's son Leo hospitalized after head injury

Recently, Witney Carson and her husband Carson McAllister shared a scary incident involving their eldest son, Leo, who had to be taken to the hospital after hitting his head on concrete. The two-year-old was swiftly taken to the hospital, but thankfully, he did not lose consciousness. Carson expressed gratitude for the doctors at Nemours children's hospital who provided excellent care and comfort to Leo and the family throughout the ordeal. Fortunately, the X-rays came back clear, and Leo was left with only minor bruises and bumps.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Carson expressed empathy for parents who have gone through similar stressful situations, emphasizing the worry and trauma that come with seeing a child hurt. The couple has been focusing on ensuring Leo gets plenty of rest and tender loving care as he recovers, with Leo showing signs of improvement in the days following the incident.

Witney and Carson welcomed Leo in 2021 and Jett in February 2023, making a big move from Utah to Florida during Witney's second pregnancy. The family's relocation was a significant change, but Witney embraced it as a new adventure for her growing family. Despite her love for Dancing With the Stars, Witney announced that she would not be returning for the next season, prioritizing her family's well-being over her career ambitions.

In an August 2023 TikTok video, Witney explained their decision, emphasizing the importance of providing stability and consistency for Leo during his formative years. The couple's commitment to putting family first shines through in their actions, highlighting the deep love and care they have for their children.
