The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) has issued advice on what claimants can do if they have not yet received their Disability Cost of Living Payment.
According to the government department, the majority of £150 payments should have been made by July 4. If you haven't received the payment by now, you should start the process of reporting a missing payment.
The DWP announced that from today (July 5), claimants can report a missing Disability Cost of Living payment instead of directly contacting them as they won't be able to take action otherwise. In order to report a missing payment, you must first fill in a form online.

Before starting the form process, you will need to have your National Insurance number on hand. You should also double-check whether the payment has landed in your bank, building society, or credit union account - the cost of living payment will have been made separately from your usual benefit payment.
It is also vital that you do not report the same missing payment more than once - the DWP said it will reply to reports as soon as it is able. Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, Mel Stride MP, said: “This payment helps protect those who need our support the most, providing a vital financial boost to six million disabled people.
