Dustin Poirier may or not be a big fan of Conor McGregor - but he'll still be keeping a close eye every time he fights.
The pair are tipped to come to blows for a fourth time in the near future after McGregor suffered a horror leg injury in their trilogy showdown last July.
Poirier and McGregor's rivalry turned personal last summer as the Dubliner upped the trash talk in the lead up to the Las Vegas bout, with Poirier blasting McGregor's actions in his post-fight interview.
And in a fan Q&A on Twitter as he continues to push for a fight against Nate Diaz, the American made a surprising admission about McGregor.
Asked if he is a fan of McGregor's, Poirier suggested he may well be: "I'll watch every time he fights".
Although many will claim that the Diamond is keeping an eye on McGregor's exploits in case the pair were to square off for a fourth time.
It is worth noting that before and after their January 2021 bout in Abu Dhabi, there was a clear display of respect between the rivals before things turned sour months later.
