Dusan Vlahovic transfer fee revealed by Juventus as Arsenal target moves on 3 YEAR payment plan

Dusan Vlahovic has officially signed for Juventus on a four-and-a-half year deal - with the Italian giants to pay Fiorentina over THREE YEARS.

The Serbian striker was Arsenal ’s top target in this window as they look to strengthen in the race for the top four.

Fellow English Premier League sides Tottenham and Newcastle are also thought to have made approaches but, much to the frustration of Fiorentina, Vlahovic and his agents wouldn’t come to the table.

It soon became clear that was because he had his heart set on Juve, who had a €70million (£58m) bid accepted.

Vlahovic was in Turin for his medical on Friday and has now officially signed until 2026, with an option for a further year.

As the Serie A giants are listed on the Italian stock exchange they are required to disclose the financial details of their transfer dealings.

And Juve’s official statement reveals they will pay Fiorentina over a period of three years, as well as shelling out close to £10m in fees.

The announcement said: "Juventus Football Club S.p.A. announces that it has reached an agreement with the club ACF Fiorentina S.r.l. for the definitive acquisition of the right to the sporting services of the player Dušan Vlahović for a fee of € 70million, payable in three years, plus the solidarity contribution envisaged by the FIFA regulations and ancillary charges for a total of €11.6 million.

"In addition, bonuses of up to a maximum of €10million are envisaged for the achievement of certain sporting goals.

"Juventus has signed a sports performance contract with the same player until 30 June 2026."

That means the transfer fee is £58m payable in three years, plus a potential £8m in bonuses.
