Dunstane Houses reopen as the Roseate Edinburgh

Roseate Hotels & Resorts has announced the reopening of the former Dunstane Houses as The Roseate Edinburgh.

Spread across two newly-refurbished Victorian townhouses, the luxury hotel is located on Wester Coates in-between Haymarket station and Murrayfield stadium.

With 35 rooms and suites, the property also has a restaurant and bar, along with a meeting room, Club Prive, which can host up to 36 guests in a sit down setting and up to 50 standing.

This comes in addition to the Club Prive Conservatory & Garden, where smaller meetings and events can be held.

“The Roseate Edinburgh is a wonderful new gem in our flourishing portfolio of luxury boutique hotels in the United Kingdom,“ commented Radha Bhatia, chair of new owners Bird Group India.

“We are excited to bring the magic of Scotland, the land of moors, hills and highlands, it’s amazing hospitality, exemplary cuisine and a very bespoke experience to our guests.”

The Edinburgh hotel is Roseate's fourth in the UK, following openings in London, Reading and Bath.
