Dunnes Stores have announced a major policy change to help their customers in the lead up to Christmas.
The retail chain is extending their returns and exchange policy for items purchased both in-store or online. Any items bought from their fashion or homeware departments from October 15 can be exchanged or returned until January 11, 2023, as long as you have the original, standard receipt.
They have also urged anyone buying Christmas presents to ask for a gift receipt so the receiver has the option to exchange the present for a gift card of the same value.

Dunnes Stores told their customers on social media: "Do your Christmas shopping early this year with our extended returns policy, in-store and online. Items from our fashion and homeware departments bought from 15 October 2022 can be exchanged or refunded until 11 January 2023 with the original standard receipt.
"Items returned with just the gift receipt can be exchanged for a gift card of the same value. Don't forget to ask for a gift receipt when shopping in-store so your loved one can make an exchange if they need to."
Christmas preparations are in full-swing at Dunnes Stores, with the retail chain recently revealing their "Leigh Tucker Willow" collection of adorable children's Christmas pyjamas and outfits. Prices start at just €4 so you can get your kids looking fashionable this festive season for low-cost.
