Residents in Derry are calling for derelict, burnt out buildings to be demolished as soon as possible after another bout of anti-social behaviour at the abandoned site.
People living in the Dunfield Terrace area of the Waterside say they have been plagued by anti-social behaviour for several years, since work halted at a controversial housing development and the unfinished buildings became derelict.
Locals have long complained that the vacant, half-built houses had begun to attract serious anti-social behaviour that culminated in a fire last summer.

In the latest incident, stones and bricks were thrown from the site on Thursday evening.
Legal action is ongoing to secure the demolition of the remaining structures on the vacant site.
Resident Felicity McCall, speaking to Belfast Live, said: "We have had a message from the city solicitor's office to say that they are taking further action against the developers.
"Planning permission was granted by the Department - before planning powers were transfered to the council in 2019 - despite the objections of residents.
"It has been just lying there for years now and there we are left - it [the anti social behaviour] flares up and it flares down once every so often.
"There are a lot of young people who are running wild. They were using it as a drinking den."
She continued: "Since the fire there hasn't been much but last night there were bricks thrown. Cars have been damaged.
"Thankfully, no one was injured. Now, we are coming into the summer months and, with the lighter months, we are worried about what is ahead of us. It's become a haven again for anti-social behaviour. We don't want to see anyone hurt."
The local resident added: "We want to see this demolished as soon as possible."
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police are appealing for information and witnesses after criminal damage was caused to a vehicle in the Dunfield Terrace area of Derry / Londonderry on Thursday 13th April.
"Shortly after 8pm, it was reported that a number of young people were seen throwing bricks and masonry at a car.
"As a result, damage was caused to the driver’s side and the roof of the vehicle."
The spokesperson added: "Anyone who might have witnessed the damage being caused is asked to contact police on 101, and quote reference number 1821 of 13/04/23.
"Alternatively, you can make a report online at www.psni.police.uk/makeareport, or speak directly to your Neighbourhood Team."
