Dunelm shoppers rave over £14 heater that works 'in minutes' and costs 68p an hour

People are rushing to Dunelm to pick up a popular portable heater for their homes that costs pennies to run.

With the current cost of living crisis, many people are understandably reluctant to keep their central heating on for too long. However, keeping warm in the winter is essential for keeping in good health and smaller heaters are a great way of staying cosy for less.

Dunelm has released a fan heater that is priced at £14 with an hourly running cost of just 68p. Although small, shoppers have claimed it heats up a full room in just 15 minutes and can easily be transported thanks to its size and carry handles.

Manchester Evening News reports that the heater has racked up plenty of five star reviews online, as shoppers have been blown away by how effective and cheap it is.

One five-star reviewer wrote: "Bought 2 of these items for a family and they loved it. The delivery was efficient and pricing is good as well." Another said: "Brilliant product - very efficient, convenient and not expensive to warm a room quickly."

Somebody else wrote: "It’s an inexpensive little Heater that heats any room in Fifteen minute’s and us cheaper to run." A fourth added: "Great fan heater, which warms the room quickly, great value and economical to run!"

Another happy shopper said: "I bought this heater to take the chill off now that the cooler weather is coming. I've only used it once but I'm very pleased with it. There are three settings. One is a fan and the other two blow out warm air. All in all I think this is a great little heater and will come in very handy during the winter months. And very reasonably priced too!"

And a final commenter said: "Yet another person said: "Inexpensive blow heater but very effective. So nice to heat up a room in minutes knowing that you are not raising up the electricity bill to a great extent."
