How much is delivery from Dunelm?
Unless your chosen Dunelm discount codes state otherwise you will be subject to the website’s usual delivery costs. They offer a variety of deliveries, so both the cost and time frame options available are visible on the product pages themselves. You can get free standard UK delivery if you’re spending over £49, but this does exclude furniture and other large items. For orders under £49 standard delivery costs £3.95. If your product is eligible for express delivery this will be £5.95 and, again, this excludes furniture and large items.
How much does Dunelm furniture delivery cost?
For both furniture and other large items delivery will cost £9.95. For these items you’ve purchased using your Dunelm discount codes you’ll be offered your delivery day of choice - Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm. The brand also has a helpful ‘room of choice’ delivery option, where their 2 person teams can bring your delivery into the exact room you want the product in.
Does Dunelm do free returns?
While hopefully you’ll love what you picked up with your Dunelm discount codes, sometimes things just aren’t right. If this is the case you have 28 days to return or exchange the items free of charge. There are some items which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty so be sure to check the Ts&Cs.
Can I take my returns to Dunelm stores?
Even if you’ve bought your item online using your Dunelm discount codes, you can still return these to any of the 177 stores. Find your nearest using their online store locator. Do be aware that a handful of the smaller stores are unable to accept returns of larger items and furniture, but you can check this in advance.
Does Dunelm price match?
Dunelm offers a price match service. To make use of this, you must show that the total cost of your order would be cheaper somewhere other than Dunelm for them to offer a match quote.

Make use of your Blue Light Card If you work in the emergency services and have a Blue Light Card, you can use this to take advantage of a 15% discount at Dunelm. If you don’t have a card yet, it costs £4.99 for a 2 year subscription and is available for those working in the NHS, ambulance service, police, fire brigade and similar sectors.
Check out ‘Special Buys’ On some of the website sections on the left hand menu you’ll find a section listed as ‘Special Buys’. Alternatively, search for ‘Dunelm Special Buys’ and you can find a page which groups all the products from the different sections. These are great deals and discounts worth keeping an eye on. The types of products in this section does vary but you can expect to find bedding, home decor and storage solutions.

How to use a Dunelm discount code
- Choose the right Dunelm discount code for you and select it by clicking on the ‘Get Discount’ button
- A pop-out box will appear displaying the promo code. You can copy this by clicking the code or by using the ‘Copy’ button
