Police in Dundee have cuffed and charged a 28-year-old man in connection with drug offences after officers recovered more than £200,000 of cannabis.
Cops descended on an address in Arbroath Road in the city on Friday June 10 2022 and executed a warrant to enter the property.
During the raid, they seized a quantity of cannabis which officers have estimated to be worth around £212,000.
A 28-year-old man was arrested and charged following the raid, and a report on the alleged offences has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police Scotland says he will appear at Dundee Sheriff Court on an unspecified later date - and warned drug producers across the to be on their guard.
Inspector Lucy Cameron, of Dundee Longhaugh Police Station, said of the raid: “This recovery shows our commitment to disrupting drug activity locally.
“Information from the public is crucial and I would urge anyone with any information or concerns about drugs within the community to contact police on 101.
"Alternatively, information can be passed to Crimestoppers anonymously by calling 0800 555 111."
