Dumped Irish Love Islander Martin Akinola says Shaq and Tanya won't work on the outside

Dumped Irish Love Islander Martin Akinola has poured cold water on the rekindled romance between love rival Shaq Muhammad and Tanya Manhenga.

Martin, 27, found himself in a love triangle with the pair after he was brought back by Tanya from Casa Amor. But in Friday night’s recoupling Tanya, 23, decided to return to the arms of Shaq, 24.

And that left Martin single again – and out of the villa.

Giving his verdict on the romance, software engineer Martin said: “I think Shaq might be in love with her – but I don’t think she’s in love with him.”

And he said he does not hold out hope for them once the show ends, adding: “If I was a gambling man, I don’t think Shaq and Tanya would work on the outside.

“There are going to be more tests – and more temptations.”
