Dumfries youngster climbs Criffel for fundraising challenge

Dumfries (Geopolitical Entity)

Dumfries youngster Amelia Skinner took on a massive fundraising challenge by climbing Criffel recently.

The six-year-old from Lincluden managed to raise £200 for North West Rainbows, part of the Girlguiding movement.

Thrilled Amelia received a Beltie award certificate, pin and new badges from Rainbows and Brownies county commissioner Libby Ong, thanking her for taking on the challenge.
