Firefighters tackled a blaze in Dumfries for several hours on Sunday afternoon.
Two engines attended the incident just yards from the fire station at around 3.30pm after reports of smoke coming from a derelict building just behind Brooms Road.
Crews were in attendance for almost three hours as they dealt with fire damage and smoke in the premises before leaving just after 6.10pm.
An investigation is under way to determine the cause of the blaze.
