Showers of rain are expected to linger for the weekend but a weather expert is expecting it to be drier next week.
Met Eireann has forecast sunny spells to continue across the capital until the afternoon when clouds and showers are expected to take hold. It will be chilly unless in direct sunlight.
The highest temperatures will be between 11 to 13 degrees. The cloud and rain will linger on into Sunday afternoon before it clears for some sunny spells.
