Met Eireann have warned that heavy rain will hit later this week with temperatures to drop.
Today will be a "rather cloudy, muggy day" in Dublin with rain, drizzle and mist affecting many areas before becoming drier in the evening. Highest temperatures will be between 22 and 24 degrees, with moderate to fresh southwesterly winds.
Tomorrow rain is set to clear eastwards with sunny spells and showers developing by lunchtime. Some of these showers will be heavy as they clear.
The afternoon will be mainly dry with some sunshine. Highest temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees in a light to moderate westerly breeze.

While there is no further forecast for Dublin, here is what Met Eireann's national outlook says:
Thursday
"Mainly dry and sunny Thursday with fair weather, cloud and isolated showers in the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 18 to 20 degrees in a moderate westerly breeze.
Friday
"Rain will become widespread on Friday, turning heavy at times, especially in the west, drier conditions will persist longest in the south and southeast. Westerly winds will freshen with highest temperatures of 17 to 19 degrees.
Saturday
"Saturday will be mainly dry with sunny spells and isolated showers. Highest temperatures 20 or 21 degrees with moderate to fresh westerly winds.
Further outlook
"The extended outlook continues the unsettled spell with temperatures a little lower than recently and rain or showers at times on a moderate to fresh westerly wind."
