It's going to get chilly this weekend as Met Eireann have forecast sub-zero temperatures over the coming days.
Thankfully, it is expected to stay mostly dry as the cold and frosty weather takes over. Today there will be a "fair amount of cloud" in Dublin but "a few bright or sunny spells will develop".
It is expected to be mostly dry apart from the odd light shower. Maximum temperatures will reach 9 to 11 degrees in a moderate northerly breeze.

Tonight will be generally dry with just the slim chance of an isolated light shower. Cloud will tend to break allowing long clear spells to develop.
It will become quite cold overnight with temperatures dipping back to between 1 and 5 degrees, with a touch of frost possible inland. A light to moderate northeast breeze will ensure Irish Sea coastal areas will remain frost-free.
Saturday will start cold with any frost clearing to leave a dry and bright morning with sunny spells. It will remain dry throughout the day, but cloud will build from the east. Highest temperatures will range from 6 to 8 degrees in mostly moderate northeast winds, fresh along Irish Sea coasts.
While there is no further forecast for Dublin, here is what Met Eireann's national outlook says:
Saturday night
"A mix of cloud and clear spells overnight. Cloud will be most extensive across eastern and southern coastal counties, limiting the chance of frost in these areas. Lowest temperatures ranging from -2 to +3 degrees in a moderate easterly breeze.
Sunday
"Any early frost will clear quickly on Sunday morning to leave a dry day with varying amounts of cloud. The best chance for prolonged spells of sunshine will be across the west and northwest of the country. Top temperatures on Sunday of between 5 and 8 degrees in moderate east or southeast winds. Another rather chilly night on Sunday night with varying cloud-cover. Lowest temperatures of -1 to +4 degrees in a moderate easterly breeze.
Monday
"It looks set to become mostly cloudy on Monday with the chance of a few light showers in Leinster. Maximum afternoon temperatures ranging from 6 to 9 degrees in a moderate east or southeast breeze. Cloud will break up in some areas on Monday night allowing a frost to form as temperatures fall back to between -1 and +3 degrees in light east or variable winds.
Tuesday
"Little change is expected on Tuesday with a moderate easterly air-flow covering Ireland. It will be mostly dry apart from the odd light shower with variable amounts of cloud. Afternoon temperatures around average for late February with highs of 6 to 9 degrees."
