The Dublin team has been named for their match against Laois at O'Moore Park on Sunday afternoon.
Dessie Farrell readies his side for the Leinster football championship quarter-final this weekend as they aim to make it 13 titles on the spin.
The Dubs defeated Derry in a Croke Park decider to earn promotion from Division 2, and their immediate goal will probably be to win the Leinster championship to guarantee their spot in the All-Ireland group stages.
Laois, however, finished third in Division 4 and are regarded as a complete underdog ahead of the match.
Paul Mannion starts for the Boys in Blue, with Stephen Cluxton and Jack McCaffrey making up the substitutes following a stint away from the panel.
Dublin team to face Laois: David O'Hanlon; Eoin Murchan, David Byrne, Daire Newcombe; James McCarthy, John Small, Lee Gannon; Brian Fenton, Tom Lahiff; Sean Bugler, Colm Basquel, Ciaran Kilkenny; Paul Mannion, Con O'Callaghan, Ross McGarry.
