Dublin TD Paul Murphy has welcomed a baby with his partner Jess Spear and shared the adorable name with his followers.
The People Before Profit politician took to Twitter on Saturday to announce the arrival of the new baby with a selfie from the Coombe hospital.
It is the couple's first child together and they have named the baby Juniper.

He wrote: "Welcome to the world Juniper Hampton Murphy. @jdubspear and Juniper are healthy and doing well.
"Thanks to all of the staff at the Coombe who have made it a great experience.
"A pretty great day all around."
Jess retweeted the post, writing: "Best day ever. Thanks so much to my amazing partner who supported me throughout this journey."
Paul previously shared how he and his partner Jess had experienced fertility issues and had spent about €12,000 on IVF treatment while trying to conceive.
People took to social media to congratulate the new parents on the happy news, with one person writing: "That’s brilliant. Congratulations, Paul and all three of you.
"There’s nothing better and you’ve spoken about how it’s been difficult for you to get to this happiest point. Enjoy every second."
Another said: "Heartfelt congratulations to you both on the birth of Juniper. A special day."
Minister Simon Harris wrote: "Congratulations to you both. Wishing Juniper every health and happiness in life."
