Dublin's transport plan for the next 20 years "falls well short of what's needed" and needs "substantial changes", the Dublin Commuter Coalition has said.
The Draft Transport Strategy for the Greater Dublin Area was published by the NTA in November last year.
The Dublin Commuter Coalition will appear before the Dail today and raise concern at "slow and vague timelines" set out in the plan.

The voluntary group have said that the draft plan "gets a lot of things right" but is "less progressive than previous strategies at a time when the Dublin people — and indeed our planet — demand the most ambition".
They have also flagged the omission of two projects from the plan.
The DART+ Tunnel, also known as the DART Underground, was included in the previous Transport Strategy but is excluded from the new plan.
The draft also doesn't include a plan for the Luas Green Line between Charlemont and Sandyford to be upgraded to a metro, as proposed in the previous Transport Strategy.
Chairman Feljin Jose will appear before the Oireachtas Transport Committee, along with representatives from the NTA and Dublin Bus to discusses the Draft Transport Strategy.
