Ireland's first Lego store opened on 41 Grafton Street this morning after a summer of anticipation.
Dozens of Lego fans both young and old spent hours queueing to ensure they were first in the store, with larger crowds gathering this morning. Jake Sutton from Wexford was first in the queue after arriving at 10pm last night with his parents Rachel and Mike.
Jake has "always loved Lego" and has been building sets since 2013. Rachel said: "He is an absolute fanatic. Our house is full of it, I need to buy a bigger house! He designs his own sets. He does fabulous stuff out of his own head."

The store officially opened at 9am, prompting huge cheers from the crowd on Grafton Street. Those first in the queue were escorted into the store by security and members of An Garda Siochana were also present.
Inside the store was every type of Lego imaginable, including fan favourites Star Wars and Harry Potter sets. There was also Irish specific sets, including the Poolbeg towers and the lighthouse.
One amazing feature of the store is the "Digibox" where customers can scan the barcode of any product and the finished design will show up on screen so you can see how it looks. Other features you can find inside include:
